ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 12.06.2025 this Court passed the following order:

Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks some more time to provide the authorities.

2. Already, the matter has been adjourned twice. Hence, post this writ petition finally on 19.06.2025 under the same caption. It is made clear that no further adjournments would be granted and on that date, if the authorities are not produced, this Court will pass orders based on the available records. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel submitted that sometime is required to amend the cause title. The relief itself has been sought for against the 1st and 2nd respondents and therefore the question of amending the cause title does not arise. The petitioner has to file a fresh writ petition by impleading the necessary respondents and by making the necessary averments. 2 / 4
