Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5149 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11405 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5149 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11405 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5149 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11405 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
