Considering the age of the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.52 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible giving preference in the category of Senior Citizen cases. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
