ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to recall the letter in C.No.207/CCB/2017, dated 10.11.2017 and consequently, direct the respondent police to communicate the same to the Branch Manager, DCB Bank, No.248, Avaramalayam Road, Coimbatore relating to Business Loan Account No.HCOMCMBOOO36010 that the respondent police is not hinder in handing over the original title documents to the petitioner pending enquiry concerning the complaint in C.No.207/CCB/2017.

Learned Government Advoate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that by a letter dated 03.02.2018, the Inspector of police, Central Crime Branch, Tiruppur had informed the Branch Manager, DCB Bank, No.248, Avaramalayam Road, Coimbatore that as per enquiry report of the enquiry officer, it was revealed that the issue involved in the enquiry was the subject matter of the civil suit in O.S.No.90 of 2017 pending on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur and hence, the original document regarding the purchase of the land was not required for police enquiry.
3. As such, the petitioner may not be aggrieved against the earlier letter of the respondent police dated 10.11.2017. It is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Branch Manager, DCB Bank, Tiruppur seeking for further relief, in the light of the above observation.
The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
