This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case and investigate the complaint dated 24.02.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.122 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 25.02.2020 itself.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
