Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, their subordinates and persons authorized by them from in any manner forming the road in the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.207/3, Ammanankuppam Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District and consequently direct the respondents to use the adjacent poramboke land in S.No.207/5 for the said purpose. O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from in any manner forming the road in the petitioner's patta land comprised in S.No.207/3, Ammanankuppam Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District and consequently direct the respondents to use the adjacent poramboke land in S.No.207/5 for the said purpose.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1&3, on instructions, submitted that the respondents has no proposal to lay road in the property in question and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also produced a copy of the communication bearing No.Na.Ka.A1/2440/2018, dated 04.08.2018 sent by the first respondent to that effect.

3. Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1&3, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
