ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to appoint the petitioner in the sanctioned post as B.T.Assistant in Islamiah Higher Secondary School, Pernambut, Vellore District - 635 810 by considering my representation dated 16.05.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel would submit that the petitioner was already divested of his duties and therefore, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to question the order of disengagement from service, by raising all the grounds that have been taken in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty, as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
