ORDER
This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 750 days in filing the above CMA against the order dated 30.11.2022 made in MCOP.No.376 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri. RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN.,J.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.
4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
5. It is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for interest for the delay period of 750 days.
