O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.07.2020 and investigate the same and file the final report before the appropriate Court within the reasonable time fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, in Current paper No.13104/951/2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 06.08.2020 itself.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
