Seeking sub-division of 1.77 1⁄2 acre land in Patta No.35 in Survey No.34/2B1, in Beemanandhal Village, Chengam Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner made a representation pursuant to the Sale Deeds executed in his favour in the year 2008. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 14.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
