( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Monday, the Sixteenth day of August Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL ORIGINAL PETITION No.14113 of 2021 NANTHAKUMAR [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE [ RESPONDENT ] CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH, JOB ROCKET CELL, TEAM NO.8, VEPERY, CHENNAI DISTRICT.

(CRIME NO.85/2020) For Petitioner : M/S P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR Advocate For Respondent : MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Section 419, 420, 465, 456, 468 and 417 IPC in Crime No.85 of 2020, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner has cheated nearly an amount to the tune of Rs.20 lakhs from various persons for securing jobs. Likewise, from the defacto complainant, A1 and his family members were received money for a sum of Rs.15,000/- each for providing job to them in Sailors Maritime Academy, Visakapattinam. Subsequently they did not arrange job to them and cheated their money by creating forged appointment order . Hence a case has been registered against the petitioners.

3. It is seen from the records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.20495 of 2020 was passed by this Court on 16.04.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits and the investigation is yet to be completed. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
