Crl.M.P.No.6943 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7107 of 2022 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J, This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.7107 of 2023 by an order dated 11.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
