Crl.M.P.No.6931 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5589 of 2023 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5589 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
