Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner relating to Survey No.108/6 and 108/7 situated at Kanagagiri Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 15.03.2017 and 08.06.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioners representations dated 15.03.2017 and 08.06.2017, the respondent has not issued patta yet.

4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 15.03.2017 and 08.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
