ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to expedite investigation pertaining to Crime No.4 of 2014 and file a final report.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as complainant, has given a complaint to the respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2014 during January 2015, but so far the respondent has not filed final report. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present petition, the following direction can be issued to the respondent:
