Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents relating to the advertisement dated 21.09.2013 published in 'The Hindu' daily newspaper and the brochure annexed to the application and quash the same and consequently direct
the respondents to provide due 33% reservation for women and 3% for Physically Handicapped and also Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST) facilities as provided by the respondents and followed in the previous selections for LPG Distribution.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this petition, as the order of this Court in W.P.No.3399 of 2015 dated 19.12.2014 was assailed further in appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.6231 of 2015 and admittedly, vide order dated 09.03.2015, status quo has been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Thus, the Supreme Court is in seizin of the issue, which is now sought to raise in the present Public Interest Litigation.
2.Writ petition, thus, stands dismissed.
No costs.
