ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 23.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 376 r/w 417 of IPC and , in Crime No.12 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had promised to marry the victim girl and compelled to sexual intercourse with the victim girl in his residence. Further, the petitioner had refused to marry her, she become 4 months pregnant. Hence the complaint was registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 23.06.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate Crl.Side) submit that the petitioner had promised to marry the victim girl and compelled to sexual intercourse with the victim girl in his residence. Further, the petitioner had refused to marry her, she become 4 months pregnant. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
