..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Manadamus to direct the 1st respondent / Government to consider the appeal dated 15.11.2012 of the petitioner regarding review of the order of dismissal of the petitioner.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to consider the appeal submitted by the writ petitioner before the first respondent on 15.11.2012 in respect of the order of dismissal passed against the writ petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was dismissed from service in the year 1999 itself. However, there is a huge delay in preferring an Appeal in this regard to the first respondent. However, this Court is of the view that all these grounds raised https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the writ petitioner shall be considered by the appropriate authorities. However, the writ petitioner submitted an appeal to the first respondent on 15.11.2012 and the same is yet to be considered.

3.Thus, without going in to the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 15.11.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
