The only relief sought in this writ petition is a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30 May 2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, we are informed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the petitioner's representation dated 30 May, 2015 has duly been considered and rejected on 12 October, 2015.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
