ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the copy of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed in I.A No. 423 of 2025 in OS No. 92 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Mannargudi. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents/defendants causing interference in the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's suit property wherein the petitioner is growing wet crops like paddies. Hence, the petitioner filed I.A No. 423 of 2025 & 425 of 2025 praying for interim injunction as well as mandatory injunction seeking to provide protection to the petitioner. But both applications were repeatedly adjourned by the Trial Court without disposing the same though it was filed long back in the month of July 2025. Further, the petitioner herein is aged about 75 years.
Hence, she prays to allow this petitions.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. A perusal of the E-Court status for O.S. No. 92 of 2025 reveals that the Interim Application was reserved for orders. However, the Trial Judge subsequently reopened the matter for clarification without passing an order and posted the matter on 24.04.2026. As the plaintiff/petitioner is over 80 years old and has approached the court to protect her patta land for the upcoming harvesting season starting in July 2026, the Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the applications in I.A No.423 of 2025 within Twelve weeks without further delay. Until then, the petitioner is permitted to continue harvesting activities on her patta land, and the jurisdictional police are directed to provide her with interim protection. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
