ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents, in particular, the third respondent police to give police protection to the lives of the petitioners in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that Sivashankari/ first petitioner got married to the second petitioner, which is being objected to by Kalimuthu, who is the father of the Sivashankari and in this regard, Sivashankari had given a complaint, based on which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.289 of 2016 and during enquiry, Kalimuthu appeared before the respondent police and stated that he will not interfere with the affairs of his daughter.
