These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 325 days in filing the above writ appeals against the order dated 09.08.2017 made in W.P.No.23018 & 23019 of 2015, respectively.

2. Mr.V.Ravikumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.

3. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none appears on behalf of the second respondent.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

5. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number these appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
