Seeking to declare the appointment of 3rd respondent as illegal, contrary to law, guideline / condition published by the Government and to appoint the petitioner as Anganvadi Helper of Ramapuram center in Anaicut Panchayat Union, Vellore District, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when the 2nd respondent called for applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Anganwadi Helper to work in Ramapuram center, the petitioner having passed 8th standard applied to the said post. When all the candidates were called for interview on 19.09.2017, although the 3rd respondent is not having preferential qualification and her residential place is situated 3 kilometers away from the working place, she was selected without following the guidelines, hence this Writ Petition.

3. Since an order of appointment of 3rd respondent is not enclosed, this Court is not able to see the correctness of the order. Therefore, the Writ Petition filed without even enclosing the impugned order of Appointment of 3rd respondent is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
