ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, one every monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No. 13651 of 2020, dated 03.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted bail on 03.09.2020 and he is regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner was working as NB Subedar in Indian Army at Mumbai. Hence, seeks modification of the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.13651 of 2020 dated 03.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
