The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry by giving an opportunity to the petitioner and dispose of the revision petition dated 03.05.2011 filed against the order dated 02.04.2011 passed by the second respondent. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as clerk in the second respondent society on 13.12.1987 and was promoted as Secretary on 01.07.1989. The petitioner was issued with a charge memo dated 18.01.2010 by the second respondent and an Enquiry Officer was appointed. The Enquiry Officer submitted a report dated 24.01.2011 holding that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the charges framed against the petitioner are proved. Thereafter, the second respondent vide order dated 02.04.2011 dismissed the petitioner from service. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed revision before the first respondent on 03.05.2011 and since the said revision has not yet been disposed of, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision dated 03.05.2011, within a stipulated time.
4.The learned counsels appearing for the respondents, have no serious objection for issuing direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's revision dated 03.05.2011. 5.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's revision dated 03.05.2011 and to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
