The grievance of the petitioner is that the water tank which is located in the land of the second respondent is sought to be closed to assist a private respondent No.3. However, the petitioner has not made any representation to the second respondent.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we consider it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a proper representation to the second respondent and on such representation being made, it can be disposed of within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation by a speaking order, after notice to all concerned.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
