ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus seeking records relating to the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 04.03.2020 and to quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to take a decision regarding the permission for building approval sought by the

petitioner by application dated 05.12.2019.

2.Let me not enter into a detailed discussion on the facts of the case, since it is today ascertained on behalf of the respondents after having received specific instructions that building permission had been granted on 22.02.2023 in Building Permission No.285 / 2022-23. This is a subsequent turn of events after the filing of the Writ Petition. Since the planning and building permission had been granted nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

3.This Court places its deep appreciation on the Block Development Officer, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, for having understood the scope of the Writ Petition and coming forward in presenting the correct facts before this Court.
