The petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.2 seeking issuance of patta for an extent of 0.81.50 ares in Survey No.102/4 situated in Kalathur Village, Kodavasal Taluk, Tiruvarur District based upon an oral gift. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no.2, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
