ORDER

When the writ petition was listed for hearing on 23.02.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be posted for hearing on 03.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Once again, the case is listed for hearing today under the caption "for dismissal". But, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for Non-prosecution.

2. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed for Nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
