PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 2nd respondent relating to the Letter dated 02.09.2017 bearing Reference No.Na.Ka.No.6736/2016/L read with the Notification dated 25.10.2017 published by Villupuram Government Gazette insofar as the auction relating to the cutting of Babul plantation in Komalur in Rishivardhanam Panchayat under the head 2006 Komalur and quash the same as illegal, arbitraty, without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to cut the Komalur Babul Planatation in terms of the confirmation letter dated 08.11.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent.
