ORDER

When this matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that both parties have arrived at a compromise pursuant to directions of this Hon'ble Court in Arb OP No.1058, 1059 and 1060 of 2023 and Arb OP No.73/2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed a Joint Memo of Compromise bearing the signature of all the parties and the learned counsels of both parties were also present.
