Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's properties and fix boundary stones in R.S.No. 295/1E measuring to an extent of 3.55 acre at Kavuthampalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District, in R.S.No. 19/11 measuring to an extent of 0.23 cents and R.S.No. 19/17 measuring to an extent of 0.11 cents at Erumaikaranpalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District based on the petitioner's Online application dated 19.04.2022 and consequent reminder dated 12.05.2022 by appreciating the above stated facts.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's properties and fix boundary stones in R.S.No. 295/1E measuring to an extent of 3.55 acre at Kavuthampalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur 2/4

District in R.S.No. 19/11 measuring to an extent of 0.23 cents and R.S.No. 19/17 measuring to an extent of 0.11 cents at Erumaikaranpalayam Village, Uthukuli Taluk, Tiruppur District based on the petitioner's Online application dated 19.04.2022 and consequent reminder dated 12.05.2022 by appreciating the above stated facts.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 19.04.2022 to the third respondent seeking to survey the subject properties and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
