(CR.NO.22 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6969 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1199 of 2021, dated 20.07.2021 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 20.07.2021 this Court had relaxed the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police once in 15 days, till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3.Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. This Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is once again approaching this Court for modification of the condition, as the same was modified earlier on two occasions. Unless the petitioner appears before the law enforcing agency, the respondent Police may not be able to conclude the investigation. Hence I am inclined to consider the prayer sought for the petitioner.
