O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to comply with the Hon'ble High Court order dated 13.02.2024 in W.P.No.4995 of 2021 and reinstate the petitioner in a suitable post in the 3rd respondent College based on his qualifications and previous experience.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, despite sending a representation and obtaining order from this Court in W.P.No.4995 of 2021, directing the respondent/college to consider his reinstatement, the institution failed to comply with the Court's direction.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is obvious that the present writ petition, seeking execution of the earlier order of this Court, cannot be entertained under writ jurisdiction. In view of the same, this Court does not find any merits in the writ petition. Accordingly, 2/4

this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek legal remedy in accordance with law. No costs. 09.06.2025 msv Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order To 1The Secretary, State of Tamil Nadu Department of Higher Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, Fort St.George, Chennai - 600 009.
