COMMON ORDER These Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 930 days delay in filing the restoration petitions in W.P. Nos. 14034 & 14035 of 2015 to restore the dismissal orders for non-prosecution dated 23.08.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned. This Court is also inclined to restore the main W.P. Nos. 14034 & 14035 of 2015, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 23.08.2022 in W.P. Nos. 14034 & 14035 of 2015, shall remain unaltered.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Post the matter on 11.12.2025.
