ORDER

This Company Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to pass an order of winding up of National Dwelling of India Limited (Company No.59-01146 of 1995) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. This matter is more than a decade old and the same is posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Last time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought time to verify the present position insofar as the petitioner Company is concerned. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a communication which indicates that the petitioner Company is shown as "Strike Off". Thus, the petitioner Company has been struck down from the Registrar of Companies.

3. In such view of the matter, this Company Petition is dismissed.
