On 23.02.2023 this Court has passed the following conditional order: " 2. The defendant is directed to deposit the said sum of Rs.75,25,433/- to the credit of this suit.

3. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs informs this Court that he is taking necessary steps to bring on record all those who are beneficiaries of the defendant's charity in distributing part of the money he had collected as the nominee and to make them personally liable for the amounts so received.

4. A.No.2507 of 2022 stands allowed accordingly.

5. Post the matter on 15.03.2023 under the caption "For reporting compliance".

2. When the matter is listed today under the caption "For reporting compliance", the learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that the condition imposed by this Court on 23.02.2023 has not been complied by the defendant.

3. In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 23.02.2023, the plaintiff is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings. The matter stands closed.
