ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act upon the petition filed by the petitioner on 30.10.2019 , wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent has called the parties for a preliminary enquiry on 20.11.2020 at 04.00 p.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. Learned counsel further submitted that the 3rd respondent will thereafter submit the report before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent will pass final orders strictly in accordance with law.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and shall forward the report to the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd respondent on receipt of the report from the 3rd respondent shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
