O R D E R

The petitioner and the respondent No.5 are brothers. Alleging that there is an error in the extent mentioned in the Patta Nos.67 & 585 pertaining to Survey Nos.99/3B & 3A respectively situated in No.7, Mathagadipatti Village, Mannadipattu Commune, Pondicherry State, the petitioner made two representations dated 10.11.2010 and 25.02.2015. On their non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations dated 10.11.2010 and 25.02.2015, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent nos.1 & 2, as the case may be, are directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.5. 3.
