O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the sale deed that was executed in favour of 8th respondent by the 6th and 7th respondents, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 01.09.2020.

2. Heard Mr.R.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1,3 and 4.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief sought for in this writ petition. The Registering Authority do not have the power or jurisdiction to cancel any document registered before the authority. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the sale deed executed by respondents 6 and 7 in favour of the 8th respondent, the petitioner will have to challenge the same before the competent Civil Court and work out her remedy in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
