ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.05.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in crime No.445 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons waylaid and robbed Rs.1,750/- from the defacto complainant. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has six previous cases and there is a proposal pending for detaining the petitioner under Goondas Act.

5. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
