ORDER

The limited prayer sought for is to call for the records pertaining to pass an order of direction to direct the CCB Court, Allikulam, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.2935 of 2007 in pursuance of the Crime No.212 of 2004 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch,Egmore . The learned Government Advocate(crl side) submitted that the Trial is yet to be commence and that, as of now there are 23 witnesses yet to the examined. Since the proceedings are pending from the year 2007 onwards and taking into account the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl side) there shall be a direction to CCB Court, Allikulam, Chennai to complete the Trial in C.C.No.212 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible.
