This Criminal Original Petition filed is under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to the C.C.No.320 of 2018 in Crime No.377 of 2018 for the offence u/s.294(b) and 324 I.P.C., on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvottiyur and to quash the same.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute among the parties has been compromised and they have settled the same amicably among themselves.
3.It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the evidence in this case has already been recorded and the matter is posted for arguments.

4.Such view of the matter, since the parties have suppressed the facts as to the trial proceedings, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings as sought for by the parties. 5.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
