Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.B5/4241/2012, dated 23.4.2013, passed by the 3rd respondent with respect to the petitioner Panchayat Union and quash the same, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to re-issue the Administrative sanction for Rural Infrastructure Scheme 2011-2012 & Rural Infrastructure Scheme 2012-2013 for the same road works accorded earlier within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
