By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 02.07.2021 not to remove the petitioner from the post of water tank operator, Seerampalayam, Melsolankuppam Panchayat, within a time frame.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before it. 5.

This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondents is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
