ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8167 of 2022 IN CRL OP.12150 of 2022 FATARAM [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, SULUR POLICE STATION, COIMBATORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.184 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.05.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.12150 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12150 of 2022 on 23.05.2022, to appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
