ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2025 by issuing patta to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the preliminary decree, the petitioner is entitled to share in the subject property therefore, his name to be included in the joint patta. Based on the preliminary decree, the petitioner made a representation dated 09.08.2025 for issuance of joint patta along with the other persons, who are entitled to share. However, the same is not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that in the event the petitioner's representation is for issuance of joint patta, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

4. In such being the case, I do not find any impediment for the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta.

Therefore, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2025 and issue joint patta, as per the preliminary decree, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
