This matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned"at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one of the section needs to be incorporated in the order dated 17.05.2023 and requested for incorporating the same in the order.

3.The request "for being mentioned" is rejected for the reasons that the Section which needs to be incorporated in the order dated 17.05.2023 is not available in the Petition.
