The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.06.2015.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint against one Sasthri with regard to a money dispute. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint dated 25.06.2015 given by the petitioner, respondent had assigned C.S.R.No.231 of 2015 and conducted enquiry and closed the complaint and he has also produced the closure report for perusal of this Court.

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition.
