PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2017 and 25.10.2017 for registering the Sale Certificate issued by the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, on 22.06.2010 in respect of the property being House, Ground and premises bearing Plot No.24, Door No.134, Venkatasamy Naidupuram, T.P.Chatram, Chennai - 10 approximately measuring 96 Square Metre situated within the Sub-Registration District of Anna Nagar, within the time to be fixed by this Court. This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.07.2017 and 25.10.2017 for registering the Sale Certificate issued by the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, on 22.06.2010 in respect of the property bearing Plot No.24, Door No.134, Venkatasamy Naidupuram, T.P.Chatram, Chennai - 10, within the time to be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 18.07.2017 and 25.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
